Native Plant Ramble - Sawnee Mountain Preserve

Join your fellow North Metro Atlanta Chapter, GNPS, members for an educational walk in the woods.This month's "ramble" will offer a great way to learn about the native plants and to meet new friends who are also native plant enthusiasts!

• Event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required.

• Plan for an approximately 3 to 4 hour walk. Hike will climb the mountain but at a slow pace.

• Bring plenty of water and wear comfortable hiking gear.

• No prior plant knowledge is required.

• Bathrooms are available.

• Leave plenty of time to find parking and join the group.

• Parking and meeting location will be emailed to registrants a few days prior to the hike.
